Step 1: Backup the Audio Recordings

    • Backup using the Phone’s File Manager.

    • Backup your Audio Recordings using our Backup services.

Step 2: Reset Voice PRO app

    • Launch Voice PRO app.

    • Navigate to the Settings> Help screen.

    • Click on Reset Voice PRO.

    • Select "Yes" in the confirmation pop-ups & Click Ok.

    • Make sure you are connected to your device's data / wifi network.

    • Restart the Voice PRO app.

Now, your device has been successfully reset & you can continue to use the application.
