Step 1: Backup the Audio Recordings
Backup using the Phone’s File Manager.
Backup your Audio Recordings using our Backup services.
Step 2: Reset Voice PRO app
Launch Voice PRO app.
Navigate to the Settings> Help screen.
Click on Reset Voice PRO.
Select "Yes" in the confirmation pop-ups & Click Ok.
Make sure you are connected to your device's data / wifi network.
Restart the Voice PRO app.
Now, your device has been successfully reset & you can continue to use the application.
